Dans un message diffusé dans les médias audiovisuels locaux, le maire de la ville de Kisangani annonce un certain nombre des mesures d’application de celles prises par le chef de l’État Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo en vue de protéger la population contre la pandémie de Corona virus.
Jean-Louis Alaso Boselekolo promet des sanctions sévères et exemplaires contre tous ceux qui violeraient ces mesures en payant des amendes.
Le chef de l’exécutif urbain de Kisangani précise que pour les conducteurs des pirogues motorisées qui transporteront plus de vingt passagers, ils paieront une amende de 200.000 francs congolais, pour les piroguiers à paggaie de plus de 10 passagers, 100.000 francs congolais d’amendes.
Les taxis moto de plus d’un passager, c’est 50 000 FC à payer ; les taxis moto tricycles de plus de deux passagers, 100 000 FC ; taxis bus de plus de 10 passagers, 200.000fc ; gros bus de plus de 18 passagers, 500 000 FC ; les beachs, 200.000fc; les agences de voyages, 500.000 FC ; les bars, cafés, restaurants qui ont ouvrent encore , 200.000fc, l’organisation des deuils dans les espaces publics, 100.000fc.
